All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10-15 business days. Flat rate of $9.99.
• Express Shipping: Delivery within 9-12 business days. Flat rate of $19.99. (When available)
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $80.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

• International Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10-20 business days. Flat rate of $19.99.
• Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. Sh Care Hair is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website or directly with the carrier.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
